My wife and I got a referral to this place and it was great. We ordered the mussels and a sirloin burger. The white wine sause was amazing! ???? and I am not easy to empress. The burger was great, very juice. You can tell the cook knows what he is doing. The bar tender was very attentive. I ordered 2 whiskey sours. And they both complimented each whiskey. (Not too sweet.) My wife and I shared the mussels and the burger.

The service and food was wonderful. We were able to be seated quickly despite coming in during lunch. I went there with my 3 kids, and we bought The Chocolate Chip Pancakes, The Popcorn Shrimp, and The Sesame-Encrusted Salmon. All of the food was great, and it was a really amazing experience.

Had a great brunch on Sunday AM. Walked in, not wait at the time (about 11am). They do take reservations. Food was great and staff was on top of it!

It was our first morning and what a morning! We had one of our best brunches - recommended by our hotel, truly romantic and special. Service could use training, they were not so kind, always in a hurry, close to being impatient…

Great service, food and ambiance. A perfect place to have lunch with a colleague or friend. The waiters were excellent, always filling our glasses and checking in at the right times. The menu has something for everyone. My friend had the grilled cheese and said it was one of the best she's had.

I love this iconic French restaurant on the corner of 6th Avenue and 57th Street, especially now with all Christmas decorations you truly can experience that holiday spirit. I wasn't there for a quiet some time and it seems that they have updated their menu and added separate sushi menu. I have tried this time and can recommend their truffle pasta and French onion soup. Although we just walked in and were almost immediately seated, reservation is recommended

My personal experience with this restaurant is pretty crazy. When I was attending college in the city back in 2007, this was my go-to spot and they NEVER missed. I would always get either the burger with blue cheese or the steak au poivre. Flash forward to 2024. I haven't been here in 17 years. I make a lunch reservation. And the food is still flawless! The service is still flawless!! Nearly two decades later, it remains the shining example of dining excellence in NYC. I was astounded. You can count on one hand the number of places that have maintained that much consistency for that long. Run don't walk to this place. It's that damn good.

One of my evening go-to French Bistro fare with asian-fusion additions. Friendly bar scene with modest but adequate tap offerings. Sadly have taken Kronnenberg 1664 off the tap. Food and service excellent. Highly recommend.
